Request Our Meeting Room

Our Hach Community Room provides comfortable, professional environments for hosting events, meetings, and group gatherings for 501(c)(3) organizations. With flexible setups, we ensure a seamless experience for all. If you would like to host a meeting in this space, please fill out the form below. Be sure to review our meeting room guidelines.

We typically book rooms for Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Please still request if your meeting times are outside of this, and we will see if we can accommodate. Please review the meeting guidelines linked to the right of this form.

Room capacity: We can fit 40 attendees in classroom style, 35 attendees in pods, and around 25 in a large U-Shape.
