“I deeply and sincerely want to thank you for choosing me for this scholarship that will greatly help me further my education. I have relentlessly worked towards furthering my degree while trying to balance working full-time and raising four small children. I graduate from Northeastern Junior College’s nursing program this month, and I plan on finishing up my bachelor’s in nursing and applying for a Masters in nursing upon getting my degree. My future goal is to get my Masters in either Family Medicine or Psychiatry. Education has always been a passion of mine and something that I have shoved aside for a long time so that I could be a parent first. That leap of faith is the reason why I will become a Registered Nurse in a few short days. Your donation is greatly appreciated, and I am so thankful that you chose me to be the recipient of your scholarship.”

“Thank you so much for your generous support through this scholarship program. This scholarship will play a key role in helping me pursue my dream of becoming an extension agent specializing in 4-H Youth Leadership Development. I will be majoring in Agricultural Education, and my long-term goal is to work with youth to promote leadership, personal growth, and agricultural knowledge, just as others have done for me through 4-H and FFA. Your investment in my education means more than words can express, and it brings me one step closer to making a meaningful impact in rural communities.”

“I am deeply honored to have been selected for this scholarship. It serves as a reminder of the importance of hard work, dedication, and the kindness of individuals like yourself who are committed to supporting students in their educational endeavors. Rest assured, I will use this scholarship to its fullest potential, striving for excellence in my studies and actively contributing to my community. Your generosity has inspired me to pay it forward in the future, assisting others as you have graciously assisted me. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and belief in my abilities. Your support has made a significant difference in my life, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity you have provided me.”

“I am writing with gratitude and deep appreciation for selecting me as a recipient of the Dean and Vay Lousberg Scholarship and the Eastern Colorado Scholarship. Your scholarships are making college a possibility for me, and will help me to achieve my academic goals. My current plans are to finish my Associate of Science degree at Northeastern Junior College. After that, I plan on transferring to a Colorado University to complete my Bachelor’s and Master’s in the field of Chemistry or Astrophysics. My dream is to go on and complete my Doctoral degree after that. I would love to have a career working for NASA or SpaceX. It is hard to put into words how much this scholarship means to me, but please know that I am incredibly thankful for your support. Your generosity in forging the future for students like me is an investment in our world for future generations. Thank you again for investing in my future.”

I’m committed to making the most of this opportunity and hope to one day give back and help other students achieve their dreams, just as you’ve helped me.”
