New annual report is available digitally, en route to mailboxes
2020 was a year like no other! We invite you learn about some of the people and nonprofits who provided support in a myriad of ways, either through our new, easy-to-use interactive annual report that includes video or from our traditional printed version.
College scholarship applications close Sunday, February 28
Students are invited to complete one general application that will automatically match them to the 2021-2022 scholarship awards for which they qualify. Click here to view this year’s scholarship opportunities.

Attention nonprofits: Colorado Gives Day enrollment forms available on March 1
New nonprofits encouraged to start their application early
Colorado Gives Day makes giving easy by providing donors a safe, reliable, and informative place to donate online, and offers nonprofits a place to build awareness of their efforts. You can submit a new profile or make changes to an existing profile until August 31, 2021.
Your profile is important and takes time to complete! Most nonprofits require several months to perfect and submit a profile for approval, so we encourage you to start planning now.

- March – August – Work on your profile and get it ready for final approval!
- August 31 – Enrollment closes
- August – November – Add the shine and polish to your profile! Photos, videos, donor stories and more can help donors connect with your nonprofit.
- November 1 – The date when people begin scheduling donations for Colorado Gives Day.
- November 30 – Rally Week Begins
- December 7 – Colorado Gives Day!

Donate all or part of your Colorado state income tax refund to your favorite nonprofits
Coloradoans can easily give part (or all) of their state income tax refund to one of more than 7,750 eligible nonprofits registered with the state.
Through the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit program, taxpayers can choose to directly support an eligible Colorado-registered charity by entering the nonprofits ID on the Voluntary Contributions Schedule (DR 0104CH) of your Colorado Individual Income Tax Return. Learn more
