About the scholarship
The Logan County Nurses Scholarship is available to nursing students who reside in Logan County and have been accepted into a nursing program working towards a ADN, BSN, or MSN.
Scholarship amount: $2,000
Number of awards: 3
Scholarship awards are one-time awards. The amount awarded to a selected recipient may be used for the cost of attendance. All scholarships will be paid directly to the recipient’s school and must be used for the upcoming academic year. Award disbursement is contingent upon the outside scholarship policies of a recipient’s college or university.
Eligibility
- Reside in Logan County
- Have passed all nursing prerequisite courses and been accepted into a nursing program working toward an ADN, BSN, or MSN
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, to be verified by the submission of a current transcript
- Letter of recommendation will be summited by the applicant
About the donor
Since 1958, the Logan County Nurses Scholarship Association has granted awards to students to help them pursue their goals of becoming a nurse.
