As the Community Foundation bids farewell to Ray Caraway, long-time president, the future of the Foundation is in good hands. Richard Fagerlin, a five-year member of the Board of Trustees, has assumed the position of interim CEO. Richard founded Peak Solutions, a management consulting and leadership development firm, in 2001; he’s a sought-after speaker, consultant, and facilitator.
The Foundation is currently meeting with constituents to gather input on strengths, growth opportunities, and priorities for the future. In these meetings, Richard is listening to understand what the community wants and needs. He and the Board of Trustees, led by chair Mark Driscoll, are carefully considering the qualities a new president should bring to the position; they are designing a search process to attract candidates who best align.
Thanks to all who have united to support the Foundation during this time of change. Watch our website this fall for a job description and timeline.
