What it’s like to work at the Foundation

There has never been a more exciting time to join the Foundation. The Board of Trustees recently approved an aspirational ten-year strategic vision, and we are ready to onboard new staff to help drive our dramatic growth and transformational community priorities.

Our competitive benefits package includes a 36-hour work week, paid time off, ten paid holidays, retirement contribution, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, medical (with employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, life, and disability. We offer professional development and volunteer opportunities as part of our learning culture.

Our office environment

Recognizing the benefits of serving our donors and partners in person, staff are asked to work four days in the office with the ability to work from home one day per week.

We continue to monitor laws, rules, regulations, and local guidance regarding COVID-19 and update our protocols as needed.
