Vindeket Foods, who, with the help of its dedicated volunteers, had its most successful year to date in 2022 by rescuing more food, serving more people, and moving closer to its goal of reducing food waste. Vindeket partners with grocery stores, restaurants and farms to reduce wasted food by picking up overstocked or soon-to-expired foods and making them available to the community of Northern Colorado at its no-cost market.
