Dementia Together recently raised $50,000 at their first “official” in-person fundraising event at Sweet Heart Winery & Event Center. The funds will be used to continue making our communities more dementia friendly and helping to ensure that no one in Northern Colorado has to walk the dementia journey alone. A $15,000 match was met and the organization received additional generous donations and sponsorships that enable Dementia Together to provide resources, expertise, and education life enrichment programming for people living with dementia, their care partners and local businesses.
