In response to the coronavirus, the Community Foundation is putting a hold on booking new meeting reservations until further notice. We feel this is the best way to promote a healthy environment for our community and staff members. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Community Foundation offers free meeting space for use by nonprofit organizations Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Hach Community Room seats 24-28 and the Conference Room seats 12. The Community Foundation’s building is located at 4745 Wheaton Drive in southeast Fort Collins near the intersection of Harmony and Lemay.

Our building provides amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, serving counter, wifi, and flat screen monitor. Each group should bring their own meeting supplies (coffee, food, beverages, cups, etc.), office supplies, and a laptop if needed.

To use the A/V equipment, please bring a laptop with a USB or USB-C port in order to cast your presentation to our TV.

To reserve a meeting room, please complete the online request form below at least two weeks before your meeting date. Please note that the Community Foundation cannot guarantee your request or room preference. We’ll respond to your request within three business days.
